Important Information

• Registration opens: February 25, 2026

• Last date for abstract submission: April 25, 2026 

• Early registration ends: April 25, 2026

• Notification for acceptance of abstract: May 5, 2026

• Last date for registration: June 3, 2026

Registration Fees

• Registration includes conference participation, lunch, coffee breaks, and one conference dinner.

• Only the first 65 out-of-Bangalore student registrants will have the option to avail on-campus accommodation. Once this limit is reached, the option to pay for on-campus accommodation will no longer be visible in the registration portal.

• No travel reimbursement will be provided.

• Registration fees are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation.

How to Register

Please follow the steps below.

• Payment: Click the link below and complete your payment via the portal. Full name should be provided without any abbreviations, in the order “First Name, Surname” while filling the form. Do not include salutations like Dr., Prof., etc.

• Receive confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will immediately receive your receipt and transaction ID. 

Note: Registration is confirmed only after payment.

Abstract Guidelines

• Download the abstract template here.

• The title of the abstract must be in title case, not all capital letters.

• Full author names must be provided as far as possible, without any abbreviations, in the order “First Name, Surname”. 

• Do not include salutations like Dr., Prof., degrees, etc.

• The author affiliations must be given in full. For multiple affiliations, use superscript numbers. 

• Word limit

  • Abstract title: Maximum 40 words

  • Abstract content: Maximum 300 words

• No tables, figures, or references should be included in the abstract.

• Authors should indicate their preferred presentation format while filling the abstract submission form.
